How can I cancel my VPN account?

If you are not satisfied with the service or are experiencing some technical issues, we always ask you first to contact our support team before canceling the account. 

How to cancel your subscription?

1) Apple Store / Google Play
Go to the settings of store and cancel it there. We can't do cancellation at our side.

2) Website order
You need to login to snowd.com and cancel account in settings.
